Buns with cinnamon and cardamom

Ingredients:
Dough:
Dry yeast — 1.5 tsp
Flour — 3.25 cups
Salt — ¾ teaspoon
Sugar — 4 tablespoons
Powdered milk — 3 tablespoons
Egg
Butter — 3 tablespoons
Milk and water — 1 cup

Filling:
Butter — 4 tablespoons
Sugar — 6 tablespoons
Cinnamon — 1 tablespoon
Cardamom — 1 tsp
Walnuts, chopped — 1 cup

Extras: Beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons water

Glaze:
Powdered sugar — 2 cups
Milk — 2-3 tablespoons

Preparation:
Ingredients for the dough in the bread machine polozhina or knead by hand.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, cardamom and cinnamon.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Coat the entire surface with melted butter, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and chopped nuts. Twist and finely chop.
Put the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to rise.
Heat the oven. Grease buns with beaten egg and water. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the icing: gradually add milk to the powder and whisk until smooth. Pour this mixture warm buns.
