Buns boiled

I fell in love with these amazing muffins at a glance. This is not my first experience with a yeast dough. I was very surprised by such a method of preparation of rolls. But the result surprised me even more!

• Flour – 500-550 g
• Sugar – 2-3 tbsp. l.
• Salt – 1 hour. L.
• Soda – 2 tbsp. l.
• Water – 1.5 l
• Mac (sesame, cinnamon – for sprinkling)
• Yeast – 2 h. L.
• Milk – 350 ml.
• Butter – 50g.

Half cast milk, the remaining half of the milk supply to heat and add the butter, so that it is completely melted. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt to completely dissolve. Add cold milk.

The flour is mixed with yeast and add milk.

Knead the dough and leave for a few hours, covering with foil or a towel. Well, or, as the author suggests, after kneading the dough put in the refrigerator overnight (as I did), and in the morning to get it and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.

Obmyat approached the dough, divide into equal pieces (8-10 pcs.). Form bagels, as the connecting ends.

Water bring to a boil, carefully pour the soda and reduce heat. Carefully, one by one, spread in a pan for 30-40 seconds, they should increase in volume, during which time they can be a couple of times to turn.

Take out of the pan, drain off the water, lay a baking sheet and put the bagels. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, you can simply coarse salt. Grease does not need.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, if you make a small bun, then 20 minutes, until golden brown.

But are they in – white and fluffy)
