Buckwheat milk

Buckwheat does not contain gluten, a great source of protein and complex carbohydrates. It contains eight essential amino acids reduces the risk of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, stabilize blood sugar levels and improves mood. It is rich in calcium, manganese and vitamins B and E.

Method: In order to activate the power supply 1 cup of raw green buckwheat by soaking overnight. Rinse well. Add 2-3 cups of water (to taste), a pinch of sea salt and grind in a blender. Strain and refrigerate.

Sweeten possible: 2 h. L. honey, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Deluxe: cocoa, cardamom, cinnamon, berries, orange.
