Broccoli soup with cream.
— 500 grams of broccoli (frozen if possible)
— Potatoes 1 (optional)
— 1 small onion,
— 100-150 ml cream,
— 1-2 tbsp butter
— 1 tbsp vegetable oil
— 2-3 radishes,
— Parsley,
— Salt.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat the butter and oil.

Add chopped onion and fry until transparent. Add broccoli florets and potatoes, lightly fry for 4-5 minutes.

Pour in the water, so that she only covered the vegetables. Simmer over low heat until cooked potatoes. Season with salt. Remove from heat and blenders bzbit until smooth. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Cool. Serve cold or at room temperature with chopped radishes and parsley.
