Bright skewers with shrimp and vegetables

Pesto sauce:
-20 g of chopped parsley
-5 g chopped tarragon
-1/4 cup roasted unsalted pistachios

-1 clove garlic

-1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1 tablespoon water

-24 large shrimp, peel
-24 g cherry tomatoes
-1 medium zucchini
-1 large yellow bell pepper
-green onions (12 pen)

For the sauce: whisk all ingredients in a blender (except water) together, adding them gradually.
