Breakfast Pizza.

-Flour 1.25 cup
-1/2 cup warm water
-Yeast 1 hour. L.
-Salt 1/2 hour. L.
-Sugar 1 hour. L.
-Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
-3 tbsp pesto. l.
-Cherry tomatoes taste
-Egg 1 pc.
-Mushrooms taste
-Olive oil to taste
-Salt and pepper to taste

The yeast together with the salt and sugar dissolve in warm water. Leave for a few minutes, the yeast is activated.
Gradually enter the flour into the yeast and knead the dough, kneading his hands.
Put the dough in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil.
A bowl close the cling film and place in a warm place for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
The oven heat to 330-360F degrees. Eggs break into a separate bowl.
Mushrooms, tomatoes, wash and chop.
Roll out the dough, stretch and place on a baking sheet, the laid parchment paper.
Spread pesto evenly distribute mushrooms and tomatoes, sprinkle with olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes to the edge of the pizza and tomatoes propeklis seized.
Spread on pizza eggs, salt and pepper, and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes. Serve warm.
