Bread baked with pepper



Sweet pepper red (paprika) – 3 pcs.
Wheat flour – 450 g
Sea salt – 1.25 tsp..
A mixture of dried herbs of Provence – 2.5 tsp..
Yeast dry fast – 5 g
Tomato puree – 30 g
Drinking yoghurt – 150 ml
Olive oil – 15 ml

2. While the peppers baked, prepare the dough. To do this, sift the flour into a wide bowl, add salt, herbs and yeast and stir.
The deepening pour 150 ml of warm water, add 2 tbsp. l. tomato puree and unsweetened yogurt drink. Knead a soft dough and knead until smooth and elastic, then place in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.
3. Baked pepper, which the skin should darken and swell places, transfer to a sealable container and cool under the hood. Then remove the peel and the flesh cut into small squares.
4. The dough should increase in volume by half.
5. In coming up the dough, add the sliced ​​peppers and stir until you spread it in the test.
6. The form of grease with oil and place the dough in it ready. Cover with a clean towel and leave for half an hour to rise in a warm place.
7. Coat the surface of the dough with oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and herbs.
8. Put in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 30 minutes. Ready bread, remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack, cover with a towel.
9. Cooled bread slice and serve.
