bomb cabbage

Ingredients:
2 kg – cabbage
0.4 kg – carrot
4 cloves – garlic
You can add the apple, beet
Marinade:
150 ml – rast.maslo
150 ml – 9% vinegar
100 g – Sugar
2 tablespoons – salt
3 pcs. – lavr.lista
5-6 peas – black pepper
0.5 liters – water

Preparation:
1. All chop, grate carrots, garlic cut into plates. Place the tightly into the jar.
2. In a saucepan pour all the ingredients for the marinade and boil everything for 5 minutes. Pour the boiling marinade cabbage.
3. In the morning you’re done!
