Blueberry pie and meringue

250 g butter
200 g flour
400 g blueberries (and other berries)
9 eggs
500 g of sugar
1 pack. vanilla sugar
150 g of corn starch
1 pack. baking powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Cooking process:
1. Baking dish size approx. 32 to 39 cm and a depth of 3.5 cm was covered with baking paper or grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Oven heated to 200 degrees. My blueberries and dried in a tea towel. At 6 separate the egg yolks from the whites, whites put in the refrigerator. Mix mixer oil, 200 g sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

2. Add 3 eggs and 6 egg yolks. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, starch and baking powder.

3. The dry mix is ​​gradually introduced into the dough. We spread the dough in a baking dish, spread the blueberries on top and bake for 30 minutes, the dough rises and berries will hide.

4. Beat the whites with the lemon juice into a foam, a little bit add 300 grams of sugar while continuing to vsbivat persistent peaks. Take out the cake from the oven, spread the beaten egg whites on top, the edges leaving a 1 cm free. Bake the cake for 15 minutes.

5. When serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
