Blueberry fritters



100g blueberries (you can use currants)
1 egg
250 ml yogurt
3-4 tablespoons Sahara
150 g flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
oil for frying

1. sift flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl whisk yaytsos yogurt and sugar. Slowly pouring the liquid mixture into the dry, knead the dough, resembling thick cream consistency.

2. Gently interfere in the dough and obsushennuyu washed blueberries.

3. Pour the dough on a spoon in a pan with a little oil and fry on both sides until cooked.
