Delicate dessert that like adults and children. This amazing dessert prepared without baking.

To prepare you will need:
• 0,5 glasses of milk;
• 1 packet (15 g) of gelatin;
• 1 packet (10 g) vanilla sugar;
• 250 grams of cottage cheese;
• 0,5 cup sour cream;
• 0,5 cups of powdered sugar;
• 2 ringlet pineapple (or other fruit).

How to cook:
1.In the milk to dissolve gelatin and leave to swell for 20 minutes.

2.Tvorog mixed with sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar in a lush smooth.

3.Kolechki pineapple (or other fruit), cut into slices.

4.Zhelatin heated to a hot state, but do not boil.

Carefully pour the gelatin into the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly. Add pineapple slices (or other fruit) and mix again.
