Bigos Polish

Ingredients:
Sauerkraut — 200 g
Cabbage cabbage — 200 g
Pork — 150/200 g
Sausages hunting — 2 pcs.
Onions — 1 head
Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Chop cabbage (not too finely) and send it in the oven for 10 minutes (the. 150-170 g).
2. In a frying pan with a thick bottom fry the pork, then add the chopped onion half-rings. Cut the sausage and also send them to the pan.
3. We get the cabbage out of the oven, combine with the remaining ingredients and lightly fry.
4. Then send in the pan sauerkraut (and a little of the brine from it too).
5. tormented under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and shifts in the pot.
7. Put in preheated oven (170-180 g), and tormented about an hour (longer is better).
8. Serve and as a separate dish, and garnish with (boiled potatoes)
