Berry dessert with cream cheese

500 g of fresh berries
100 g cream
200 g cottage cheese
milled rye crackers 200g
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tbsp sugar
mint for decoration


Cooking method:
Leave some berries for decoration, the rest wipe and mix with powdered sugar.

Whisk the cottage cheese with sugar, gradually adding the cream.

The vases lay layers of berry puree, cream cheese and crackers.

When submitting complete your berries and garnish with mint leaves.
