Beer punch.

Ingredients:
-egg yolks 1.5 pc.
-500 ml dark beer.
-Honey 1.5 of Art. l.
-Ginger — a piece the size of 0.5 cm, chopped to taste

Preparation:
In a skillet thoroughly mix honey with egg yolks.
Place over medium heat and whisk whisking constantly, pour the beer.
While continuing to whisk, heat the mixture, but do not bring to a boil.
Ginger Peel and finely chop. Pour it into a punch, for 3 minutes. before removing the skillet from the heat.
Pour into punch glasses.
