Beef with figs and apples in wine sauce.

-Beef steak  about 300 g 2 pcs.
-dry red wine 200ml.
-figs 300g.
-green apples 300 gr.
-butter 2 tbsp. l.
-olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
-honey 2 h. L.
-garlic cloves 3 pieces.
-a few needles of fresh rosemary to taste
-salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper defrosted meat and let it soak for several minutes.

Cut the stem at the figs and cut each into 4 slices, coarsely chop the apples better, and garlic – thin slices.

Preheat a frying pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the steaks on both sides for five to seven minutes, then put meat on a plate and cover with foil.

In a frying pan out of the meat, add the butter, place figs, apples, garlic, rosemary and saute a few minutes.

Then, pour the wine, stir and simmer until the sauce becomes thick, then remove from the pan and add the rosemary honey.

Put ready figs and apples on a plate, place a steak on top and pour the sauce.
