Beef with beans in a tomato sauce.

Beef 200 g
beans 400g
1 clove garlic
Chili 1/2 pcs.
flour 2 tbsp. l.

This is a very simplified version of the legendary chili con carne. For the “speed” we take the finished beans in tomato sauce.
Beef tenderloin cut into steaks and thoroughly discourage them. Cut into strips, season with salt and pepper and pour the flour.
Garlic and chilli finely chopped. In a saucepan pour the olive oil and fry the garlic with chilli. Add beef and cook until golden brown.
Pour into skillet beans in tomato sauce and let it warm up. When the boil – can be submitted. Especially good will this dish with a glass of red wine.
