Beef tongue with sauce.

It’s easy and quick dish with cooking which will cope even novice mistress!



Beef tongue – 100 g
• Mushrooms – 60 g
• Onions – 40 g
• Tomatoes – 70 g
• Milk cream (33%) – 15 g
• cheese (Gruyere) – 15 g
• Vegetable oil – to taste
• Salt – to taste
• pepper – to taste

1.Podgotovit ingredients. Beef tongue boil, remove podyazychnik.
2.Luk, mushrooms and tomatoes cut. Cheese grate.
3. In a frying pan with vegetable oil lightly fry the onion. Add mushrooms.
4. Add the tomatoes.
5. Pour the cream. Mix and boil down until thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Beef tongue fry in a frying pan with oil.
Put in a bowl of refractory unit dose. Top with a creamy mushroom sauce.
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and send it in a preheated oven.
Bake until golden brown.
