Beef in dark beer


Beef – 500 grams;
Onions – 1 pc;
Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece;
Chili pepper – 1/2 pieces;
Beer dark – 0.5 liters;
Garlic – 2-3 cloves;
Cumin – 1 tsp.;
Tomato paste – 3-4 tablespoons. spoons;

Beef cut into cubes. Onion and bell pepper rings. Chili and garlic finely chopped. Mix everything and put in greased baking dish. Add the tomato paste, squeezed garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour the beer, so that the meat was completely covered. Close form foil or lid. Bake at 190 degrees for about 1.5 hours. For 15 minutes until cooked remove the foil. Meat should be soft and the sauce thicken. If necessary, in the process of baking – pour beer. The result is a juicy, soft fragrant meat in gravy.
