Beef Goulash


– 500 g of potatoes
– 200 g of carrots
– 4 tsp paprika
– 150 g tomatoes
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 head of onions
– 1 red bell pepper
– 600 with beef
– 4 cloves of garlic

1. Chop the onion finely and then fry it in a pan until golden color appears.
2. Pour Now here paprika. All thoroughly mixed to evenly fat compound.
3. After a few minutes add the meat (meat is cut into large cubes), pepper and season with salt. All together we fry over high heat. After adding a little water and cover with lid. Simmer for about an hour. Cut the bell pepper and carrots.
4. In the goulash add tomatoes, peppers, garlic and carrots, topped up with hot water and cook on. After all the stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
5. When it becomes soft meat in the goulash put potatoes (cut into large).
6. Once the potatoes are ready, turn off the fire. Dish with lid closed give a little brew.
