Bechamel Sauce.

The velvety, delicate bechamel enrich the flavor of many dishes. A cook can be from a minimum of ingredients.

Milk – 300 ml
Flour – 1 tbsp. spoon
Oil – 30 g
Salt – 0.25-0.5 tsp.

1. Melt butter. Do not allow to boil!
2. Add the flour.
3. rub the flour and butter.
4. Milk bring to the boil.
5. The mixture of oil and flour gradually pour hot boiled milk. Season with salt.
6. Bring to a boil and cook the bechamel sauce over low heat until thickened (7-10 minutes), stirring continuously.
