Basil vinaigrette

-200 g fresh basil leaves
-60 ml rice vinegar
-1 tablespoon sugar
-2 tablespoons honey stoloye
-1 clove garlic
-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
-150 ml olive oil
-¼ teaspoon sea salt
-¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Basil, vinegar, sugar and honey pyurirovat in food processor or blender. Slowly add the olive oil to form an emulsion.
Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cut into large poidor to get an accordion.
Attach the slits between a slice of mozzarella, season with vinaigrette and serve with pine nuts.
