Banica Lavash with cheese

Cooking method:
On a greased deep pan (shape) to lay a sheet of lavash (thin), smeared with melted butter.

Cover with cheese mixed with eggs (on 500grtvoroga2 eggs) and salt.

Then again, pita bread, butter, curd. And so until the end of the filling.

Last layer- sheet of lavash.

Top pour 100g of sour cream mixed with 1 egg and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Good choice for breakfast! Very satisfying!
