Banana pancakes with banana-caramel sauce

250 g sour milk
2 overripe banana
2 eggs
60 g butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
225 g flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar with a slide
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

1. Mash the bananas and mix with milk. Whisk until smooth (no lumps). Beat the eggs, add the melted butter and vanilla.
2. Add the dry ingredients and knead the dough to a thick smooth.

Banana-Caramel Sauce:
4-5 of overripe bananas, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons brown sugar with a slide
1-2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
juice of half a lemon
