Banana bun

600 g flour.
butter, 20 gr.
fast-acting yeast 5 g.
250 ml of milk.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
banana 3 pcs.

We put a sponge: it in a cup of warmed milk dissolve sugar and yeast.
Add 2 handfuls of flour and stir.
We put the brew to ferment in the heat, until it is in the amount of three times as much.
Meanwhile bananas purify and transform into a blender puree.
The banana puree pour the brew, add the butter and remaining flour and knead the dough.
Divide dough into portions and spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put into heat that rolls up.
Bake at 400F degrees. When the buns flushed, they can be lubricated with beaten egg and bake another 5 minutes.
