Balls of potatoes for garnish


● 800 g of potatoes
● 50g butter
● 1 raw egg to puree
● red and black pepper, salt to taste
● 40g flour
● vegetable oil for deep frying


Wash potatoes, peel, boil until soft and drain.

Not allowing to cool quickly and thoroughly mash wooden pestle. Add the pre-melted hot butter, egg, salt and pepper to taste, once again grind and mix thoroughly.

Form of warm mashed potatoes small balls. Roll them in flour and wheat flour in zapaniruyte premium.

Vegetable oil to boil, heat a large frying pan with high sides or in a pan and fry the potato balls in it until golden brown.

Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs.
