Balik ekmek (Turkish cuisine)

Balik-ekmek — a kind of fast food in Turkish — tortilla with fish and vegetables. Ideal for preparation of snacks suitable ekmek Balon — Turkish grain tortilla, inflated like a small bun. But if you have no time to cook — Take pita bread, pita bread or mini ciabatta.
INGREDIENTS:
fish fillets 1/2 pcs.
Roman salad 1 pcs.
1/2 cucumber pieces.
tomatoes 1/2 pcs.
Lemon 1 pc.
1 tortilla pieces.
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
soy sauce
spice

COOKING PROCESS:

1.Prepare the ingredients.

2. Fish fillets on both sides with salt and sprinkle with spices (paprika, oregano, chili pepper), grease with vegetable oil and soy sauce.

3. Fry on both sides in a frying pan or grilled bake until done.

4. The cake is cut into two parts and to open «the wall.»

5. Coat the inside of homemade mayonnaise.

6. Sheet Romano cut in half, cucumber and tomato cut into thin slices. On lettuce put cucumbers on them — tomatoes.

7. Top with the fish ready.

8. Carefully put the fish with vegetables in a cake.

9. When submitting decorate salad and a slice of lemon.
