Baked Tilapia in breadcrumbs and pesto

Pesto sauce:
Arugula — 2 cups
Walnuts — ¼ cup (chopped)
Garlic — 1 clove
Grated Parmesan cheese — ¼ cup
Olive oil — ¼ cup
Salt — ¼ teaspoon
Ground pepper — ¼ teaspoon

For the fish:
Tilapia fillet — 4 pieces
Salt — ¼ teaspoon
Ground pepper — ¼ teaspoon
Breadcrumbs — 1/3 cup

Pesto sauce: In a blender grind arugula, put chopped nuts, squeeze garlic. Whisk, add cheese, salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil and mix.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil. Arrange fish fillets in a dish, put on 1.5 tablespoons of pesto on each fillet. Close the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Bake for about 10 minutes to fully propeklas fish.
