Baked Tilapia in breadcrumbs and pesto

Pesto sauce:
Arugula – 2 cups
Walnuts – ¼ cup (chopped)
Garlic – 1 clove
Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup
Olive oil – ¼ cup
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Ground pepper – ¼ teaspoon

For the fish:
Tilapia fillet – 4 pieces
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Ground pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Breadcrumbs – 1/3 cup

Pesto sauce: In a blender grind arugula, put chopped nuts, squeeze garlic. Whisk, add cheese, salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil and mix.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil. Arrange fish fillets in a dish, put on 1.5 tablespoons of pesto on each fillet. Close the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Bake for about 10 minutes to fully propeklas fish.
