Baked salmon with spinach and lemon

Baked salmon with spinach and lemon.

When the fresh fish or meat – do not need any additional sauces or spices, everything is quite simple – salt, pepper and fresh vegetables, even more beauty. Yummy!

We need:

-salmon fillets
-Lemon, cut into slices
-Any leafy vegetables – spinach, kale (leaves, not cabbage)
-Salt and pepper


In the form of baking spread the leaves on top of salmon. Fillet of salt and pepper, put slices of lemon.

Close the foil and send in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
