Baked rice, ham and cheese

4 cups of cooked rice
100g grated mozzarella
100 grams of ham, cut into small cubes
1 carrot, grated
2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped parsley
2 eggs
1 cup milk
150g cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
