Baked potato with cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes

A great side dish on a festive table.

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes
Filling:
200 g soft cheese 9%
2 cloves garlic
a small bunch of dill
5-6 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper — to taste

Cooking method:    

1. The washed and obsushenny grate potatoes with olive oil, take a deep cross incision on top.

2. Tightly wrap in foil and bake in preheated 220 ° C oven for 40-50 minutes until tender. The oven does not switch off!

3. For the filling finely chopped dill, garlic, cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper until smooth.

4. Hot Potatoes «open», so that a deep hole in the middle.

5. Put the cottage cheese into the potatoes and place in oven for another 10 minutes. You will see a nice garlic flavor.

6. Ready potatoes pour 1 tbsp olive oil. Serve immediately!
