Baked potato with bacon.

-average 1.2 kg of potatoes.
-salt 1 tbsp. l.
-Bacon 180 gr.
-olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
-black pepper 1/4 hours. l.
-grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
-garlic, finely chopped 2 pcs.
-chopped parsley 1/4 cup

Preheat the oven to 220C. Set the grid to the bottom of the oven.

Rinse the potatoes (you can peel), cut into quarters, place in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and cook for 12-15 minutes until tender (do not overcook). Drain and set aside.

While the potatoes are cooked, cut into 6 strips of bacon in half lengthwise, then crosswise into small pieces.

Fry the bacon over medium heat until tender.

Remove to paper towels (heated with oil, leave, it will also be necessary).

Spread baking dish of melted bacon fat.

Arrange the pieces of potato slices down.

Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Bake at 420F, until the potatoes are golden, 35-40 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 390 F, remove the form from the oven and turn the potatoes.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, bacon, chopped garlic and pour the remaining from frying fat bacon. Bake for another 15 minutes, or

until cheese is melted.

Remove the baked potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
