Baked potato wedges.

Ingredients:

4 medium-large potatoes
¼ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups ice cubes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 230C. Thoroughly wash (if you want, you can clean) and cut the potatoes into slices.
2. Place potatoes in a bowl with water and add 2 cups ice cubes. Leave for 30 min, then dry with paper towels.
3. Mix ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ tsp paprika and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper in a large bag with a tight clasp. Add potatoes and shake well. Then add ¼ cup of olive oil into the bag and shake again until the potatoes are covered with mixture.
4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange potato wedges and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are brown and crispy.
5. As long as baked potatoes, minced 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and grate ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Mix in a large bowl.
6. Remove the potatoes from the sheet and place in a mixture of cheese and parsley and stir.
