Baked potato in Spanish

Sometimes you just want to roast potatoes! When it wants to Spaniards, they do even better: baked and pour sauce simple! Repeat!

Dijon mustard 1 ch. l.
potatoes 500 g
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
salt and pepper to taste
garlic 4 cloves

How to make:      

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash potatoes and cut it into 2-3 pieces, depending on size. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil, pepper and salt. Stir and put bake for 40 minutes in the oven, laid out in a single layer.

In a bowl, mix one tablespoon of false olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. A little salt.

Add finely chopped garlic.

Ready potatoes cool.

Pour the sauce.
