Baked pasta with chicken


pasta – 300 gr
chicken legs – 500-600 gr
cheese – 100g
Onions – 1 pc
dill – to taste
ground black pepper – to taste
salt – to taste
butter – for the lubrication of the form
vegetable oil – for frying

For the sauce:

butter – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Flour – two tablespoons
cream – 1 cup
ground black pepper – to taste
salt – to taste


1. Beef wash and cook in boiling salted water until tender. After that, cool, separate meat from bones and chop finely. Onions clean and cut into small cubes. Clean and chop the garlic with the help of spadefoot.
2. Onions fry in frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Put the vegetables chicken, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. To prepare the sauce, brown the flour in hot butter until light yellow in color. Add black pepper and salt. After that, stirring constantly, pour a thin stream of milk and boil, without stopping to interfere, until smooth and thickened.
4. Put the pasta in boiling salted water. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook for 5-8 minutes. Then fold in a sieve to remove excess liquid.
5. Put the pasta in a greased with butter a baking dish and smooth. Top evenly lay out the chicken stew with vegetables and pour all the prepared sauce.
6. Place in preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes. After that, remove from oven, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
7. Ready to complete your casserole chopped dill and serve.
