Baked chicken with lemon and white wine.

-1 Chicken weighing about 2 kg (in my team photo of the wings and legs)
-1 Large lemon
-4 Small onion (you can take 2 medium)
-300 Ml dry white wine
-1 Tsp dried thyme
-1 Head of garlic
-hydrochloric taste

Cooking method:         
Chicken cut into portions, and put in a refractory form.
Each onion cut into 4-6 pieces. Lemons cut into thin slices. Garlic cloves to dismantle, skins are not removed. Each clove is crushed flat side of the knife.
Put the onion, garlic and lemon slices to the chicken. Season with salt and sprinkle with thyme. Mix.
Pour the wine into a mold and put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake, occasionally basting the chicken from the liquid form, until cooked, about 40 minutes.
When a desired sprinkle with herbs.
Ideal with rice.
