1. Melt 50 grams of butter in a large skillet. Lightly fry the chicken on both sides. Transfer to the baking tin.
2. Add the remaining butter and fry chopped green onions, sliced ​​mushrooms and chopped garlic. Move the resulting mixture to the chicken.
3. Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in the cream and amaretto, add grated cheese, stirring to cook a couple of minutes. Add capers. Pour the sauce chicken.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes.
