baked beans

Ingredients:
The eggs – 5 pcs.
Egg white – 5 pieces.
Water – 0, 33 stack.
Salt and pepper – to taste
Black Beans – 0, 66 cups
Tomato – 1 pc.
Grated cheese – 80 grams
Coriander – to taste
Salsa – to taste

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, egg whites, water, salt and pepper.
2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish with high sides.
3. Sprinkle with canned black beans, chopped tomatoes and grated cheese.
4. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 ° C. Serve with cilantro and salsa.
