Baked beans with tomatoes.

Ingredients:
Dry beans 250 gr.
Olive oil 75 ml.
Bulb 1 pc.
Garlic 3 pieces.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Tomatoes 500 gr.
Sugar 0.5 h. L.
A handful of chopped parsley to taste
Oregano is a handful to taste

Preparation:
Soak beans overnight in cold water.
Drain, rinse and put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer about 50 minutes.
Drain water from the beans in a separate bowl and do not save it we still need.
Preheat oven to 330-350F degrees.
In a deep pan pour 75 ml of olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softening.
Add the tomato paste and cook for a minute.
Add peeled and chopped tomatoes, sugar, herbs, beans and 300 ml of broth (from beans). Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the cover from the dishes, stir and cook for 30 minutes until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the beans are tender. Serve warm.
