Avocado salad with egg.


Eggs — 8
Avocado (pitted) — 2 pieces
Mayonnaise — 4 tablespoons
Garlic — 2 cloves
Vinegar — 3 teaspoons
Salt — 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper — to taste

Cooking method:

Add the cooked egg in a blender.

Add avocado (peeled) and mayonnaise.

Then all the other ingredients.

Thoroughly mix all.

Salad you can spread on bread, sprinkle with herbs.

Or half a tomato, garnished with herbs, too.
