Austrian strudel with cherries


200 g flour
200 g of cottage cheese,
4 egg yolks,
80 g of sugar,
1/4 tsp

For filling:
200 g cherries,
3-4 apples,
120 g of sugar,
40 grams of cognac
butter for frying
cinnamon to taste.


1. For the dough to combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. From cherries to remove the seeds and leave a little to stand up, so they let the juice.
2. Apple peel and core, cut into cubes and lightly fry in a skillet, add the cinnamon and brandy. Then connect with cherries and add sugar.
3. Roll out the dough on parchment paper with a thin layer, then put the stuffing on it and smooth it. The dough stuffed with roll to roll and put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
4. Bake for 35 minutes, then allow to cool strudel.
