Apricot-nut Cake

You will need
On the one cake:
3/4 cup dried apricots
1 large orange
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

How to cook
1. Heat oven to 350 F (177 C). Form lay parchment paper and lightly grease.

2. Apricots soak in warm water for 30 minutes.

3. cut the orange peel and chop.

4. Drain the water from the apricots, cut into pieces, put in a bowl with the raisins and zest. So far, aside.

5. Squeeze the juice from the orange and add the hot water to a volume of 3/4 cup.

6. Pour the juice into a cup of water with apricots. Also to stir the sugar, butter and eggs.

7. In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add the flour mixture into the cup with apricot mixture in three steps.

8. Stir the walnuts.

9. Put the dough into the mold and bake for 55-60 minutes (check the readiness of the wand). If the cake browns before ready, cover with foil on top. Leave the cake to cool in the form of about 10 minutes after baking, and then spread.
