Apples in puff pastry (French cuisine).


1 pack puff pastry
6 apples
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp Sahara
20 g butter
2 tbsp water
Powdered sugar

Cooking method:                  
1. defrost dough, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 6 equal squares.
2. Cut the core from an apple without cutting it into pieces.
3. Each apple put on a square test.
4. Melt the sugar with water, boil a little bit to the caramel thickens and add the butter.
5. Put the caramel in the middle of the apple.
6. Install the apple in the dough.
7. Place the apples in the oven, wait until the dough will seize, then coat with egg yolk.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
