Apple tarts with cheese.

Delicate shortbread dough, fragrant apples with cheese, delicate taste of ginger and slightly spicy aftertaste. Try it!

1 tsp sugar

90 g cold butter

1.5 tablespoons ice water

1 egg yolk


2 tbsp lemon juice

3-4 apples

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

15-20 grams of butter plates

3-4 slice of cheese (I took Gaudi)

a pinch of paprika

a pinch of chili

Form 24-26 (I took the form of 15 and 5 tartlets)
