Apple strudel

Apple strudel.

-2 Sheet puff pastry,
-2-3 Big apple,
-floor teaspoon cinnamon
-2 Tablespoons of sugar,
-2 Tablespoons flour
-Polstakana Chopped nuts
-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
-2 Tablespoons of regular sugar,
-2 Tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
-1 Egg + 1 teaspoon of water, whipped, for lubrication


1.Duhovku heated up to 190 degrees.

2.Ochischaem apples and cut into cubes. We spread in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown and conventional sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes, allowed to apple juice.

3. In a separate bowl, mix walnuts, 2 types of sugar and biscuits.

Roll out 1 sheet of dough, sprinkle walnut mixture on top and spread the apple. Close stuffing, wrapped edges of the dough.
Repeat with the second sheet and the remaining filling.

4.Zagibaem edge rolls. We spread the rolls on a baking sheet, the laid paper. Grease lubrication egg. Do longitudinal incisions on each rolls.

5.Vypekaem at 190 degrees 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
