If you’ve never tried this dough, then you have lost a lot! This is something new! It is absolutely universal — not salty and sweet, and is different from a simple dough. It is a soft, thin and very tender.

You will need:

For the dough:
-110-120 G cheese (conventional «Russian» or «Dutch»)
-150 Grams of butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt
-260 G flour
-5 Tablespoons ice water

For filling:
400 G apples
-1-2 Tablespoons lemon juice
-schepotka nutmeg
-30 G of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

How to cook:

1. In a large bowl sift the flour and salt and mix. Cheese grate. Cold butter cut into cubes.
2. Add flour, cheese and butter, rub your hands all into crumbs.
3. Add the crumbs to the ice-cold water and knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in foil and send in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Apples Peel and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon and stir.
