Apple pie with custard.

If someone has not tried quiche and apple – I advise you to prepare it for this recipe. Cake turns out just great, flavorful and tender.
1 egg
2 tbsp. Spoon sour cream
180 gr. butter
150 gr. sugar
0.5 tsp. Baking powder
a pinch of salt
360 gr. flour

350ml milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. spoon of starch
4 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1/3 tsp. Vanilla
as well as two large apples, powdered sugar for dusting.

For the dough in a bowl, sift the flour, add salt and baking powder. The oil is cold, but not out of the freezer, cut into cubes and grind flour in the crumb. Then add egg, sugar, sour cream and knead the dough. It should get soft and loose. Roll it into a ball and store in the refrigerator until cooking the stuffing.
For the custard to saucepan stir whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla and starch. Pour cold milk, stir and put on medium heat. Stirring constantly, bring the cream to a boil and turn off the fire.
