Apple donuts

Ingredients:
— A couple of apples
— 1 egg
— 85 g flour
— a pinch of salt
— 1 tablespoon sugar
— 1 tablespoon melted butter
— 2 tablespoons of beer
— A slice of lemon
— Oil for frying
— powdered sugar

Preparation:
1. Melt the butter (do not overheat in the microwave).
2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Protein whisk in a solid foam.
3. Mix the beer, egg yolk, melted butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the flour. The dough should be like a very thick cream.
5. Stir protein.
6. Apples are cleaned from skin, gently cut the center and cut into rings. Sprinkle with lemon.
7. Heat the oil for deep-frying, apple rings dipped in a thick batter and fry until golden.
8. Ready donuts sprinkled with powdered sugar.
