Ingredients for apple cupcakes streusel:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Sugar (180 g dough 80 g of streusel) – 260 g;
  • Sunflower refined – 100 ml;
  • Flour, wheat (230 g of dough, 80 g for shtreyzelya) – 310 g;
  • Baking powder – 1.5 tsp;
  • Apples are sweet-sour – 2-3 pieces;
  •  Butter – 50 g;
  • Cinnamon ground (to taste);

How to make:

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, add a refined sunflower oil and stir properly.
Sift flour into the dough, and baking powder cinnamon added.

Apple peel, remove the seed box and rub the pulp on a grater. Add the pulp into the dough and stir again thoroughly.

For streusel mix the flour, sugar, and add pieces of cold butter, rub your hands into crumbs.

The molds lay out half of the dough.

Top with a layer of streusel.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake the muffins 25 minutes until they are flushed from the top.
