Apple cheese cakes without flour

Tasty and healthy cheese cakes! Cheesecakes without flour keep their shape, they have a golden color and a pleasant apple flavor. Perfect for breakfast, because the breakfast has to be not only delicious, but also useful!

Ingredients:
-Homemade cheese (dry) — 250g
-Semolina — 3 tbsp
-Egg — 1 pc.
-Sugar — 1 tbsp
-Sour cream — 1 tbsp
-Potato starch — 1 tbsp
-Sugar Vanilla — 0.5 tsp
-Oat flakes breading — 1 stack.
-Apples (large) — 2 pcs.
-Cinnamon — 0.25 tsp

Cooking method:
Apples are cleaned, cut into cubes.
Place the apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add the cinnamon apples and bring to a soft state. Use the blender to make applesauce.
The cottage cheese add egg, sugar and vanilla sugar, sour cream and a good blender to grind.
The sweet cottage cheese add applesauce, starch, semolina — beat blender until smooth. The dough will stick to a spoon well, but still remain relatively soft.
In a bowl pour the oatmeal and put a tablespoon of cottage cheese dough.
Hands to form round cheesecakes and roll them into flakes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, to lay baking parchment and lightly sprinkle with semolina. Put cheese cakes and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown oatmeal.
