INGREDIENTS
potatoes 2-3 pcs.
halibut 250 g
Pickled cucumber 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
red onion 1/2 pcs.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
turmeric pinch
salt taste
salad

dill 2-3 sprigs

COOKING PROCESS
1.The first step is to prepare potatoes «noisette». Take a few large peeled potatoes and cut them from the special spoon (it is called nuazetka or bar spoon to cut balls) balls. Balls rinse under running cold water, put in a pot, good salt, add lemon juice (to seethe potatoes and crumbled), turmeric pinch — for color and put to boil. After boiling, cook for 4-5 minutes. Prepared potato balls recline in a colander and cool.

2.Salt halibut fillet, cut into thin slices and place on a wide flat dish, fill the entire surface.

4.On cucumber put thin slices of boiled carrots. Potatoes «noisette» mixed with vegetable oil and chopped dill. Put in the center of the plate.

5.On potatoes put thin slices of red onion, lettuce. If desired, add mayonnaise or sour cream (it’s best to use a pastry bag).
